He got us into a brand new 2026 that I never thought would be an option with my credit. I was so fed up with our last dealership and their lack of communication and help. My 2019 jeep broke down with active recalls and they couldn’t care less and told me 3 different stories. I was sent to Hiley by my cardiologist I worked for due to how they take care of their customers . When I saw the service plan and 5 years of oil changes I was so excited. What impressed me was the time it took to test drive multiple cars, answer questions, check out the trade-in, process the financing, and do a thorough and informative delivery- about 4 hours start to finish- which included our trip back home to clean out the trade-in.
